Confess and forsake

Confess, make restitution, forgive, start again.
Hiding a wrong doesn’t work. Admitting it and turning from it brings mercy. Repair starts with saying plainly what you did.

Whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
Name one wrong you did, plainly, with no excuses, to God and in your journal.
