Servant of all

43But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister: 44And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.Mark 10:43-44 · KJV
Authority serves the people under it and answers to God.
Jesus turns power upside down. Whoever wants to be great must serve, and whoever wants to be first must be servant of all. Leadership means making others able to do well.
Check 1Jesus says the greatest should be served by everyone.
Whosoever will be great… shall be your minister.
Check 2In this verse, “minister” means:
Minister here means servant.
Ask someone under your authority what would help them do well, then do it.
Only check it if you did it. Nobody sees this but you.
